New futures at the Other Art Fair Chicago Recommended
As part of The Other Art Fair’s mission to break traditional barriers in the contemporary art world, New future is designed to kick off the careers of talented emerging artists through an award that includes free fall fair exhibition space and mentoring. Selected artists have the opportunity to physically im. exhibit Chicago Fair and digitally through Virtual editions. New Futures Chicago is presented in partnership with Colossal.

Recycle with the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition
The Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition has an open call for Recycle, a national judged exhibition that runs from September 12 to October 17, 2021. Submissions should use discarded and againdedicated materials for 2 and 3-D works of art. Recycle is open to US artists and has a registration fee of $ 35.

7th annual national jury exhibition at the Oxford Arts Alliance
Oxford Arts Alliance hosts its 7th annual national jury exhibition in October with a prize of $ 700 for the winner. The exhibition is judged by Charles Goolsby, Professor of Art at Emory & Henry College and Chair of the Visual and Performing Arts Department, has no theme and has an entry fee of $ 15.

A Billboard Contest by Fine Art America
Fine Art America online marketplace is looking for submissions for a public art campaign. Twenty award-winning artists will be featured on a billboard in a US city with their work, name and social media information for at least a month.
Deadline: August 31, 2021.

Call for Illustrators for Bitch magazine
female dog accepts applications for illustrators on an ongoing basis with payments ranging from $ 300 to $ 600 for magazine articles, $ 200 and $ 400 for spot illustrations, and $ 600 for photo essays. Grants, Residencies and Scholarships

Creative Climate Awards from the Human Impacts Institute
The Creative Climate Awards accept short films, feature films, PSAs and documentaries on the interface between health and the climate crisis. Winning projects are eligible for $ 1,000, $ 600, and $ 400 prizes, in-person screenings in New York City and virtually worldwide, and PBS All Arts licensing consideration.
Deadline: 11:30 p.m. EST on August 9, 2021.

City Artist Corps scholarships from the New York Foundation for the Arts
The New York Foundation for the Arts has launched its third round of City Artist Corps Grants, which awards one-time grants of $ 5,000 to more than 3,000 NYC-based artists. All projects that include visual arts, music, dance, theater and literature must have a live component and take place in one of the five boroughs.
Deadline: Aug 10, 2021 at 10 a.m. EST.

Curate sustainable projects with Curate for Change
Curate for Change is launching its next program, Curating Sustainable Projects, a three-week series of workshops, debates, lectures and visits from September 6-24 in Barcelona. The program is aimed at students and professionals and culminates in a final exhibition on the subject of the environment and sustainability.

11th annual PleinAir Salon competition
Every year PleinAir Magazine awards $ 33,000 to artists. International applications are open for the 2021 competition, and all types of paintings are eligible. They do not have to be completed in Plein Air, but should come from a Plein Air degree or experience.
Deadline: August 31, 2021.

Braun Prize 2021
Students and young creative people with less than five years of work experience are encouraged to submit their designs for the Braun Prize 2021. All submissions should be aimed at making an impact on society and the planet today. Applications are free and open to anyone around the world, and the winner will receive $ 100,000.
Deadline: August 31, 2021.

Innovative grant for artists and photographers
The innovative scholarship for the summer of 2021 will award US $ 550 each to a photographer and a visual artist who work across media. International applications are open to anyone over the age of 18 for a fee of USD 25.
Deadline: 16.09.2021.

The Carmignac Photojournalism Prize
The 12th edition of the Carmignac Photojournalism Award revolves around the social, economic and environmental crises that affect life in Venezuela. It awards a grant of 50,000 euros to a photographer from all over the world to support a six-month reporter stay from January to June 2022 at the Fondation Carmignac as well as a traveling exhibition of the works and a monograph. Deadline: midnight GMT on October 18, 2021.
